All sales agency agreements in the American and European markets with Novellus Systems and SpeedFam-IPEC, which were previously contracted, and SpeedFam have been dissolved. SpeedFam has established direct American and European sales/service offices (SpeedFam has no capital relation with the former American companies of Novellus Systems and SpeedFam-IPEC).
