SpeedFam Clean System, a global leader of precision cleaning equipment and machines, located in Yamagata prefecture, Japan announces the addition of 1,100 M2 factory space to increase its production capacity. We will maintain our stable supply of equipment to meet market demand for LCD, PDP, memory disk, hard disk drive and a variety of high technology industries.  Construction for this increased capacity will be completed at the end of January 2006 for immediate increased production capability in February 2006.
