SpeedFam Clean System, cleaner and laser equipment division of SpeedFam group, releases lamp-pumped pulse YAG laser equipment "OLY-6000", suitable for precision welding of aluminum or cupper materials with high peak output.

With wide power range from 1W to 600W, OLY-6000 can provide very high peak output (12kW) that is difficult to achieve by a LD-pumped or fiber laser.   Wave shape can be easily controlled, and the newly developed oscillator enables outstanding performance with high-energy-density laser beam delivered through a optical fiber of core diameter of 0.3mm.
