Increase of polisher production capacity

SpeedFam, a global leader of precision polishing equipment and machines, announces the addition of 2,000 M2 factory space in Nagano prefecture, Japan to increase its production capacity.  We will maintain our stable supply of equipment to meet market demand for prime silicon wafer, memory disk, and a variety of high technology industries.

Construction for this increased capacity will be completed at the end of July 2006.
