Subsidiary name change

SpeedFam will change the corporate name of its subsidiary Sakuseiki Co., Ltd. to SpeedFam Nagano Co., Ltd., effective from 1st October 2008.  Under its unified brand, SpeedFam group will continue to deliver the innovative technologies to the valued customers.
