New location of Japan operation

SpeedFam would like to announce the relocation of Japan operation on 14 February 2017.  This new office will continue to provide excellent service with various demonstration equipment and process engineers to support all customers' needs.

New Location:

       4-2-37 Ogami Ayase Kanagawa 252-1104 Japan
       (Telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.)

The office will be closed from 10 January through 13 January due to this relocation.  Email receiving/sending will be unavailable during this period.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
