Laser division transferred to SpeedFam

As of 1st October 2009, Obara Corp. (parent company of SpeedFam) will transfer its laser equipment business to SpeedFam Clean System.  SpeedFam group will extend its product lineup and process technology with this laser division.  SpeedFam would like to meet each demand of the current and future customers through delivering reliable products and field services continuously.
