Business reorganization between group companies

Effective 1st October 2015, Yuhi Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of SpeedFam, will transfer its entire business to SpeedFam for more customer satisfaction by our comprehensive support.  SpeedFam will provide all products and services including wafer edge grinders, having been done by Yuhi Technology.

SpeedFam would like to meet each demand of customers through delivering reliable products and field services continuously.
